ATechGlobal understands that any and all customer information and privacy will be respected. Therefore, all client and customer information will be kept at the strictest confidentiality. No information will be shared or sold to anyone at any cost with "no exceptions"!

Shipping

Free shipping is offered on orders of $100.00 or more. Free shipping is offered for UPS Ground packages only to the Continental U.S but excluded to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska APO and FPO.

All shipping and insurance cost will be charged to customers unless free shiping is available.

Please choose your shipping method carefully in other than UPS Ground

  • Local States

All orders are shipped on the "next business day" upon receiving of orders. All orders are shipped UPS ground unless otherwise states. Depending on the distance from ATechGlobal UPS ground packages are delivered in 1-7 business days.

Also, customers do have the option of other carriers such as FedEx, DHL, Airborne or USPS. Next Day, 2nd Day or 3 Day shipping can be requested by any of the listed carriers. Saturday delivery is available with Next Day shipping only with UPS or FedEx. Whatever location these carriers will go to, ATechGlobal will ship to.

  • International

Due to restrictions, requirements and shipping methods international rates and delivery time cannot be quoted accurately. All international rates will be notified by E-mail.

Note: Actual credit card holders' ID is required to be scanned and emailed or faxed with credit card orders.

  • Delayed, Lost or Damaged Packages

In the event your Next Day, 2nd Day, 3 Day or Ground package(s) is/are delayed or lost please notify us by E-mail, fax or phone immediately. Note: Only Next Day, 2nd Day, 3 Day packages (but excluding international shipments) can be filed for delayed claims. ATechGlobal will investigate and file claimed with carriers once we are notified of the problem.

If your package(s) and merchandise was/were damaged due to shipping carrier, please notify the delivery carrier immediately upon arrival. Then, notify an ATechGlobal.com agent immediately by E-mail, fax or phone. An intial claim will be filed on your behalf. Note: Merchandise (hardware) has a protective foaming in its original packaging, which is up to normal shipping standards. So, if the package has no sustainable damage then the merchandise in the packaging should be fine. We insist you inspect your merchandise carefully upon reciept and notify us immediately of any problems.

Return Policy

ATechGlobal is to be notified by E-mail, fax or phone (in regards to any and all types of returns) within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. All returns required a RA#, which is only appointed by no other than an authorized ATechGlobal agent. All RA#'s will be E-mailed to customer. All returns will require the RA# to be placed in the unaltered manufacture's box with a copy of the original invoice.

"Please check carefully before placing your order(s). Customers are responsible for ordering the correct format of player(s) and disc(s)."

  • Non-Defective Hardware & Software

ATechGlobal does not authorize any non-defective returns. Only exchanges will be authorized with a 15% restocking fee less shipping, to and from customer. All accessories and packaging must be in its' original condition. Any exchange is due to inspection before reshipping of new merchandising.

  • Defective Hardware & Software

All defective merchandise is due a replacement exchange only, less shipping to and from customer.

Note: All open software is non-exchangeable. Also, ATechGlobal will refuse all C.O.D and Post Due shipment. We suggest insurance to be obtained on all return package(s).
